Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Licensing and Usage (Founder's Edition)

By purchasing the Flowork OS Founder's Edition, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the software.

• Device Binding: To prevent abuse, one license key is actively bound to one primary computer device. If you switch hardware, you may request a license reset through our official support channel.
• Updates: The Founder's Edition includes free access to core engine updates to maintain compatibility with major platform changes.

2. 14-Day Conditional Refund Policy & EU Waiver

Due to the downloadable nature of this software and the significant affiliate commissions paid out upon sale, we maintain a strict, conditional refund policy designed to protect against digital theft.

By purchasing, downloading, or accessing the software, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

• I understand and agree that this purchase is backed by a 14-day conditional refund policy for technical failures only.
• I expressly request and consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content, software engine, and/or services upon purchase.
• I acknowledge that by downloading, installing, or accessing the product, I waive my right of unconditional withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
• Refunds are not granted for "change of mind" or if the software has been utilized for commercial purposes after installation.
• If the software fails to run on your device due to technical errors, our support team must be given the opportunity to troubleshoot the issue. A refund will only be issued if our team deems the software fundamentally incompatible with your system within the first 14 days.

3. Acceptable Use and User Responsibilities

Flowork OS provides powerful automation, anti-detect capabilities, and APK reverse-engineering tools. You are solely responsible for how you utilize these tools.

• You agree NOT to use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: creating malicious software, bypassing legal security protocols, or engaging in unauthorized network attacks.
• While our "Anti-Detect" and "Smart Automation" features are designed to mimic human interaction naturally, we do not guarantee immunity from account bans or restrictions by third-party platforms (e.g., Google). You use the automation features at your own risk.

4. Third-Party Services and APIs

Our Service may contain integrations or links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Flowork OS. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Flowork OS makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
